Responsibilities

Must Have

  • Good written & spoken English

Nice to have

  • Experience in call center industry
  • Bi-lingual
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support as needed.
  • Assist customers with account management, order processing, and billing inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions and ensure accurate and thorough record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes.
